By entering the venue, making a booking, or using any services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the venue or services. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the venue or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

All visitors must be at least 21 years of age to enter the poker lounge and card room. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry, and we may refuse entry to anyone unable to provide acceptable ID. By entering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that all identification provided is genuine and current.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Table bookings and private poker bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A deposit may be required for private bookings, and the amount will be communicated at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit. No-shows may be charged the full booking fee. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a booking if circumstances require, and we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

4. Conduct and Responsible Gaming

All guests must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions at all times. Cheating, collusion, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises. We promote responsible gaming, and self-exclusion options are available on request. Alcohol may be served in designated areas, and guests must drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or whose behaviour compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

5. Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Cardsettle Mentwodonga is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained on the premises. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. You agree to indemnify the venue against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your conduct or breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the venue, including logos, images, text, and design elements, is owned by Cardsettle Mentwodonga. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from us.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. We encourage informal resolution first via [email protected] before commencing formal proceedings.
